Digital Export Bonus Plus: Applications due by April 12, 2024.

L'incremento del "Bonus Export Digitale" viene presentato in una versione "Plus", offrendo incentivi finanziari più sostanziosi rispetto alle precedenti edizioni. Gestito da Invitalia e promosso dal Ministero degli Affari Esteri e della Cooperazione Internazionale in collaborazione con l'Agenzia ICE, questa iniziativa mira a sostenere le micro e piccole imprese manifatturiere italiane nell'espansione dell'export, contribuendo così a migliorare il bilancio commerciale del paese tra importazioni ed esportazioni.

Il "Bonus Export Digitale Plus" fornisce contributi significativi, concessi in regime "de minimis" con importi di:

  • €10,000 for businesses with eligible expenses of no less than €12,500 net of VAT;
  • €22,500 for networks and consortia, with eligible expenses of no less than €25,000 excluding VAT.

These loans are disbursed in a lump sum after reporting of expenses incurred. Eligible expenses include a wide range of investments, such as e-commerce systems, ancillary services, communication and promotion strategies, digital marketing, consulting services, and hardware upgrades.

The goal is to equip microenterprises with the tools they need to promote and sell their products or services beyond national borders, overcoming the cultural resistance and resource limitations they often face.

Companies wishing to access the bonus must be small businesses in the manufacturing sector, including in the form of networks and consortia, and possess the ATECO code CThey must also have essential business tools, such as a digital identity (SPID), a digital signature, and a certified email address (PEC).

Access to the bonus is via SPID, completing the application online and sending it via certified email to a dedicated address. The presence of SPID and certified email simplifies and certifies communication between the company and the Public Administration, while the digital signature confirms consent to the application's contents.

Applicant companies must meet certain requirements, such as having less than 50 employeesi, an annual turnover less than 10 million euros and a registered or operational headquarters in Italy. Purchases must be made from digital export solution providers, and each expense must be documented with the Unique Project Code to ensure transparency and traceability.

Incentive requests must be submitted by April 12, 2024, respecting the indicated deadlines. Companies that have already participated in the incentive in the previous two years may still participate, provided they have completed the reporting for the previous project.

With SPID, digital signature, certified email (PEC), and a little creativity, Italian companies will be able to easily access foreign markets, thus satisfying the international demand for Made in Italy products.
